D3DRM.DLL is a Windows Direct-X library file that was included in older versions of the API. Modern editions of Direct-X used in Windows XP, Vista and 7 removed these legacy Direct-X libraries. Fortunately we have a copy of the D3DRM.DLL for download. To use simply copy the DLL file into the same directory as the application requesting it.
