According to the Computer Underground Digest Archives this magazine started out as 'anti Big Brother association' which was a Hacking/Anarchy/Phreaking/Virus report. The Brotherhood though is a attempt at a not so serious publication with a novelty of parodying the kiddie warez scene. While using poorly written elite speak at times makes it a humorous magazine to browse through it is difficult to read. One could suggest that they went a bit too far but maybe that was the point?
