Over the years the Worldcharts publication has been through a number iteration, on a variety of platforms by a number of different editors. The series first appeared on the PC platform in 1993 as a standalone edition by the legendary Future Crew demo group.

It oddly then found its subsequent releases on the Commodore Amiga platform having been produced by a collective of different editors. Hoodlum on the PC took over the production of Worldcharts for issue 11 before coproducing it with the Silents and Scoopex for the remainder of the issues.
